Housekeeper
New York, NYPrivate family looking to hire a Housekeeper on the Upper West side of NYC.
The Ideal Candidate: Looking for a candidate who is a good housekeeper and is happy to help jump in and assist with whatever is needed. They have a FT Housekeeper, and a PT Housekeeper. They also have another cook who helps assist with Housekeeping when their schedule allows. The family does travel, during the months they are away deep cleaning projects would be taken care of since cooking would not be required. This home has a Kosher kitchen- if not experienced Kosher knowledge can be taught/trained. Everything is labeled to make this simple. Private bedroom and bathroom off the kitchen will be provided when overnight stay is needed. Also, you must be okay with dogs.
What Works Best for Family: A candidate who is well versed working in a private home. Someone who knows how to be polite, get their work done in a discreet manner. Someone who has previous cooking experience and can follow recipes. Someone flexible- all team members pitch in where help is needed.
Requested Duration: For as long as possible 10+ years
Start time:10AM- prepare breakfast/lunch, clean up then off for a couple of hours during the middle of the day. Back on in the afternoon to prepare dinner and clean up. Shift is over when dinner is cleaned up.

Current Staff: Chef and HousekeepersPosition Requirements
- Work Hours: Tues- Sat preferred, M- F also offered. 40 hours per week.

Position Compensation
- Salary: $35 - $40/hr
- Living Accommodations: Live-out
- Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
