Private family with homes in NYC, Hamptons, Miami Beach & Aspen looking for a Full-Time Private Chef who can travel. They are also open to someone Temporarily in the Summer.

The ideal candidate is someone who has culinary expertise and experience working in a private home. Displays a pleasant demeanor, gets along well with other staff in the home, and is used to being around children. The family does have one school aged child. Can make anything from family dinners for 5 to small dinner parties.  Candidate does need to be familiar with cooking for people who have allergies (Gluten). They would love someone who will cook multiple meals as everyone has different diets/wants when it comes to food. They prefer healthy, light, farm-to-table, meat, etc. They would love a Michelin Star Chef. 

Responsibilities include being in charge of all food provisions, inventory, grocery shopping, meal planning, and serving/cleaning up.  Must be able to travel with the family to their Hamptons home in the Summer, Aspen home during school breaks, weekends in NYC and other travel as needed. 

Salary starts at $150/year+ and is negotiable depending on experience.
