Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Household Operations: Light housekeeping, laundry (including delicate handwashing and ironing), organizing, and ensuring the home is neat and welcoming at all times.

  • Meal Prep Support: Assist with prepping or starting dinner.

  • Grocery Shopping & Errands: 2–3 times per week, with mileage reimbursement.

  • Guest Hospitality: Prepare rooms and assist during occasional visits from family or guests.

  • Pet Care: Daily care of two small, friendly dogs, including vet visits and routine needs.

  • Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate contractors and service providers, manage household schedules, and maintain household standards.

  • Administrative Tasks: Basic computer work including scheduling, printing, and occasional email drafting.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Physically fit to lift up to 20 lbs

  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills

  • Dog-friendly and pet-care experienced

  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation


Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Compensation: Depending on experience 

  • Location: Bethlehem, PA (live-out position)

  • Benefits: Long-term, stable employment with a supportive household and reimbursement for mileage
