Fast paced, high energy Principals are looking to hire an extremely organized Spanish speaking Family Assistant, based in NY, to fully support their family, along with  their hard working, efficient Personal Assistant. The easy going no ego-no drama "2nd" will proactively alleviate some of the PA's duties, so she can focus on high level collaboration with her very busy Principals. The self-motivated, forward thinker will work well with a small team of other household employees, have strong organizational, listening, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills and have a "no job is too big or too small" mindset. 
***Prior experience working in the Fashion Industry or within a Fashion house will work best! 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
Primarily working from the SoHo, NY residence and at times prep the families additional properties located in North Salem, Hamptons, and Shelter Island, NY

• Support as needed, no job is too big or too small.
• Managing/coordinating the children's school calendar, doctors appts., social, activites, etc.
• Managing incoming emails from the children's school. The boys attend a French school.
• Managing the children's school supplies including textbooks/school uniforms, ordering as needed.
• Ordering flowers, gifts, household supplies, as needed.
• Managing and receiving incoming/outgoing packages, parcels, shipments, etc.
• Errands, as needed.

The candidate will not be micromanaged and will speak their LOVE Language...Organizing!
 

About the Family

Adults: 2, Primary residence in SoHo, NY. The family has additional properties in North Salem, Hamptons, and Shelter Island, NY
Children: (G) 3.5, (B)8, (B)11
Pets: Dogs: 4 rescue, they do not require much care. Property has a invisible fence. The smallest dog is a Maltese. The family also has 3 horses and 1 pony.
Current Staff: Nannies, Housekeeper

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, flexibility as needed, 
• Experience: Years of Experience working with a staffed home
• Languages: English and Spanish a MUST, French a PLUS!
• Minimum of 2 References
• Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $85-95K + per year DOE, Salary through payroll, Annual bonus, Vacation, 2 weeks to start
• Health Insurance: after 90 days employer pays 80%, hire responsible for 20%
