Family Assistant Position: Join a Dynamic Household!
 

We are actively seeking a dedicated and versatile Family Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy household of two business-owning parents and their three children (ages 12, 12, and 16). This is a unique opportunity for an organized and tech-savvy individual to join a fast-paced environment.

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Schedule:

• Ideally 30 hours per week with weekend availability (schedule roughly 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesdays to Sundays).
• Flexibility with working hours / days to meet Candidate and Family's needs

Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $30-35 per hour, processed through payroll as W2 employee.
• 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO).
• 5 sick days

Responsibilities:

1. Household Management:

   • Oversee day-to-day tasks including cooking, cleaning, and full family laundry.
   • Coordinate and manage home renovation projects.
   • Arrange and oversee car maintenance, including scheduling oil changes.
   • Handle various errands, including grocery shopping.
   • Contact vendors as needed for home maintenance. 

2. Personal Assistant Duties:

   • Assist with market research projects.
   • Manage the family calendar and personal tasks.
   • Support the wife with personal assistant responsibilities.

3. Technology Management:

   • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement solutions as needed.

4. Driving:

   • Must be a licensed driver for running errands and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of thorough background checks before hire.
• Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with current technology trends.
