Job Title: Housekeeper
Job Type: Full Time, live out
Work Days: One week Monday - Saturday, following week Monday - Thursday. That would give you 4 days off consecutively.
Work Hours: 11:30 AM - 7:30PM
Position Compensation

• Salary: $30 - $45/ hr + DOE ( paid through a payroll, W2)
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO, 6 major holidays, 6 sick days
• Health Insurance: yes

We are looking for a reliable and responsible  housekeeper/household assistant to join a household located in Manhattan, NY . They are a warm and welcoming family. Their household is characterized by a respectful and down-to-earth atmosphere, where everyone is treated with utmost kindness and consideration. They have a longstanding tradition of fostering strong, positive relationships with their staff, many of whom have been with them for over a decade. They need someone who will do a little bit of everything to keep the home running smoothly, including but not lmited to light housekeeping, meal prep, clean up after meals, laundry, errands etc. Tasks that you would do in your own house.

What Works Best for Family: they are a very easy going family, you will have a set schedule but need flexibility. During the time you are not working, you are free to go wherever you like or stay in. You can stay there on your days off.

Adults:2
Children: 5 ( 3 kids are with them 50%) the ages are 16 years old, 15-year-old twins, 13 years old, and 11 years old
Current Staff: housekeeper
Home SQFT: 7, 000 sq ft 

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: shared housekeeping, there is another housekeeper 3 days/week who does deep cleaning
• Cooking: help with meal prep and prepare easy  meals for kids
• Laundry: required
• Errands: required
• Driving: Not Required

• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire\
• ability to stay overnight with the kids occasionally when the parents travel
