Active Florida Businessman is looking to hire an Experienced Honest and Hardworking Estate Manager beginning the End/July 2024 (potentially sooner), and execute the family transition into a move to Longboat Key, Florida (August target date move in), a barrier island west of Sarasota and Bradenton. The friendly and personable Estate Manager will have an understanding of hospitality, the highest integrity, and will be super easy to get along with, including other staff/management at various properties located in St Kitts, Sun Valley, Idaho, and Arkansas. The Estate Manager will execute the overall management of the various homes with proper care, efficiency, and impeccable service, and will always keep things running smoothly, ensuring the homes are in perfect condition and always set for arrival.
The position will primarily be based in the Sarasota Florida home with travel to other properties as needed.

Fl: Principal has an Executive Assistant, Housekeepers 1-2 x week
Arkansas: Ranch Manager

Position Responsibilities might include but not be limited to:

• Property maintenance
• Household staff management
• Manage inventory of supplies across properties
• Monitor property access 
• Oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Manage and share duties as needed cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Errands: As needed, Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Yes, Car Provided
• Travel: Yes, including planning and scheduling
• Security protocols across properties
• Event planning, if needed
• Guest or client relations
• Record keeping 
• Developing and maintaining sustainability protocols
• Property compliance
• Technology and SMART integration
• Budgeting and financial planning
• Contractor and vendor management and communications

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, on call, travel, if needed

Position Compensation:
Salary: $120K+ DOE through Payroll, 401K, and Health Insurance
