Our client  in Bayshore, NY is looking for a Full-time Groundsman to work Wednesday - Sunday on their estate.  Their current Groundsman who has been with them for many years is retiring.  ​​

Job responsibilities:

• House management and maintenance (interior & exterior) 
• Ensure facilities are clean: Perform deep cleaning: wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep.
• Deep clean, pressure wash and maintain the exterior of the home.
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
• Empty and clean trash cans
• Prepare home for overnight guests/parties/gatherings (including serving guests and clean up)
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Walk and feed all house pets as needed.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs.
• Handyman duties
• Supervise suppliers and maintenance services.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.
• Additional errands as needed.

Compensation:
    $30 - $35/hour
