Fully staffed home in Pittsford, New York needs to add a Project Manager/Property Manager to their team to oversee two properties in New York (Pittsford and Canandaigua Lake).


The ideal candidate: Has experience as a project manager working in a similar role. Experience managing others is needed. This manager should have experience researching vendors, contractors, designers etc and bringing bids to the client with opinions on which option is the best for the project at hand. 

• Manage properties and  projects
• Calendar management 
• Ensuring the home is stocked (aside from food, the chef is responsible for that)
• Travel to Chicago would be 1-2 times per year. 
• Travel with the family when needed
• Stay over in home when Mr travels
• Guest Management
• Travel planning- experience with flying private is a plus
• Contracts from vendors
• This individual must like dogs to be able to walk, feed, give medicine to the family dog when needed. 

What works best for the family- Someone who has experience with multiple properties, is able to manage situations from another location and knows when a visit is needed to the location.

Position Compensation

Salary: $125,000-$175,000 depending on experience and what accommodations are needed.
Living Accommodations:  Family will rent a furnished apartment for the individual
Vacation: 2 weeks paid but must have approval
