Job Title: Household Manager

Location: McLean, Virginia

Position Type: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule

Salary: $40-$45/hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home in McLean, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our household, including coordinating various home services, assisting with childcare duties, and managing household logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the household, including maintenance of the home and coordinating home services.
• Assist with children pick up and drop off, as well as getting them ready for school in the mornings.
• Plan and prepare meals, as well as handle grocery shopping and meal planning.
• Organize and oversee kids' activities and family events.
• Provide care and attention to our medium-sized labrador dog.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with some days starting early in the morning and others ending later in the evening.
• Perform light house maintenance tasks as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage household logistics efficiently.
• Adapt to the family's needs and preferences, ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar household management role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Comfortable working with children and pets.
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
