The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Household Manager. In this multifaceted position, the successful candidate will be responsible for various general household tasks, including light cleaning between the cleaners coming for routine deep cleans, food preparation, and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of household items. Errands, and driving duties, grocery shopping, etc. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with managing vendors, handling household purchases, and ensuring the smooth operation of household vehicles. The role involves maintaining meticulous records, handling household expenses through QuickBooks, and conducting research to provide valuable recommendations. Communication skills are crucial, as the candidate will be expected to email daily activity reports to the principals, assist with travel preparations, and facilitate effective communication and scheduling between the principals and third parties.

In the business aspect of the role, the Household Manager will be involved in maintaining and coordinating both business and private calendars, organizing and scheduling business travel, managing emails and written correspondence, and handling gift purchasing for business-related occasions.

What Works Best for Family: The ideal candidate should have proven experience in household management or a related field, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using tools such as QuickBooks and Google Drive.

Requested Duration: 6 months. This could be a long-term role if candidate would like to relocate with them. They will possibly be moving in 6 months- 1 year.

**IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This is a “temporary role” for 6 months. Housing can be provided if temporarily relocating for the role. If the partnership works and candidate and employer are interested both parties can continue working together after relocating. Relocation expenses will be covered and housing will be offered at the new house as well. **

  • Errands: Yes, returns, pickups, grocery, etc
  • Driving: Required

Position Requirements

  • Work Hours: 9:30AM-5:30PM M-F
  • Languages: English
  • Experience: 5 Years of Experience
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Intuitive, energetic, career oriented, driven, proactive.

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $30-$50/hr depending on experience
  • Living Accommodations: Live Out OR Live In- A private apartment will be provided.
  • Vacation: 1 week PTO 3 sick days
  • Health Insurance: Stipend can be provided.
