The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for a prestigious Townhouse in the West Village. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing similar properties and must be adept at navigating stairs, ensuring the smooth operation of a household. The role involves deep cleaning, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a semi-formal setting with expensive furniture, antiques, silver, crystal, brass tables, and fin China. The household is not overly busy. The successful candidate should be familiar with handling a household manual, managing a grocery list, and demonstrating a soft-spoken personality. Two hypoallergenic cats are part of the household, as well as a lab dog who spends most of the day at doggy day camp, requiring occasional pick-up, feeding, and care.
