Job Title: House Manager

Location: Philadelphia area (Gladwyne, PA)

Company Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced House Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of property in Gladwyne, PA. The family's primary residence is located in Gladwyne, PA, with additional homes in NYC, The Hamptons, and Palm Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious household and ensure that this particular property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Management:

   • Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
   • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to address any issues promptly and efficiently.

2. Maintenance Standards:

   • Work closely with the Mrs. to establish and enforce property maintenance standards.
   • Ensure that all standards are met and maintained.
   • Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and maintain property value.

3. Staff Management:

   • Assist in the hiring and training of household staff as needed.
   • Supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction.
   • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the household team.

4. Additional Duties:

   • Ability to cook would be a significant advantage, although not mandatory.
   • Flexibility with working hours, adapting to the presence or absence of the Mr. and Mrs.
   • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in household management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of basic household maintenance and familiarity with relevant regulations.
• Culinary skills would be highly desirable.
