House Manager

Details of job:
-coordinating housekeeper schedules and cleaning supplies
Coordinating with vendors: electricians, gas, yard, gutter, dogs, contractor etc for various appointments, fridge/ice maker annual service, grill maintenance, fire pit etc
-coordinating cars for service/inspection/car wash etc
-garage organization
-Holiday decorations installation/assist with decorating and coordinating those vendors 
-bike upkeep (annual maintenance, bringing bikes for repairs etc)
-ordering and keeping up with supplies of dog food
-water delivery 
-stocking fridges and making sure we have back stock of all beverages
-checking expiration dates on food in pantries
-restocking snack closet and making sure we have back stock
-mailing packages, dealing with returns of packages
-learning what we need and when to order it
 
MUST drive, have own car and be comfortable with 3 very friendly but large labradors, ages, 11, 9 and 1.
 
We have a home in Quogue and are currently building a home in Jackson Hole Wyoming so I really need someone experienced and detailed orientated who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. I’m not looking for someone who’s going to task things out to the housekeepers all the time.  I expect this house manager to work almost as an executive house keeper/manager.
