Family of 4 in Amagansett, NY is looking for a full-time, year-round Family Assistant to work Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm with one later work day.  The ideal person for this role will be a self-starter and a multi-tasker who excels at being organized. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

* Run family / household errands

* Pick up children at school when needed (7 and 10 years old)

* Grocery shopping

* Meal prep and cooking if you like to cook

* Family laundry

* Make appointments 

* Oversee contractors and arrange for service

* Solve problems and be creative 

* Understand what needs to be done around the home

* Coordinate with housekeepers who come 2 x a week 

* Family has another home in Manhattan you would help with also when needed

* Help expedite projects and make sure they are completed

* Help organize the Amagansett residence

 

 

Compensation:

$35-$40/hour
