Job Title: Personal Assistant/Property Manager

Location: Malvern, PA and Philadelphia, PA

About the Position: A busy professional in Malvern, PA is seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant/Property Manager to manage his home and rental property. This hybrid role involves both in-person and remote work depending on the day. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks ranging from property management to personal errands, with a flexible approach tailored to the client's needs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Property Management:

    • Collect and handle mail from three properties
    • Manage bills, rent collections, and tax payments
    • Meet contractors and oversee home projects
    • Research and obtain quotes from service providers (roofer, architect, contractor, painter, etc.)
  • Personal Assistance:

    • Assist with laundry and light housekeeping
    • Grocery shopping and running errands (dry cleaning, post office, etc.)
    • Assist in selecting and purchasing household items (furniture, dishwasher, blender, etc.)
    • If desired, occasional cooking

Position Requirements:

  • Work Hours: 25-30 hours per week, with flexible hours and days
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • References: Minimum of 2 references required
  • Background Check: Must pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Assertiveness, initiative, thorough communication, trustworthiness, reliability, and outgoing nature
  • Driving: Must have own car

About the Client:

  • Household: 2 adults
  • Current Staff: Bi-weekly deep cleaning service
  • Home Size: 2,700 sq ft

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience and skills
  • Living Accommodations: Live-out position
  • Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation
  • Holidays: 6 federal holidays off and paid
