Full-Time Housekeeper/Mother's Helper Needed in Oklahoma City, OK

A family in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Mother's Helper to join their household. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on housekeeping duties and act as a mother's helper when she is home from work. The family has a soon-to-be 5-year-old and a 3-month-old baby, with two nannies providing care during the day. The grandparents live around the corner and are actively involved.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Work Schedule:

• Full Time: Guaranteed 35 hours per week (could extend to 40 hours for the right candidate)
• Off Days: Sunday and Monday
• Work Days: Tuesday to Friday, with some hours on Saturday

Compensation:

• $25-30 per hour

Start Date:

• ASAP – the family is ready for the right candidate

Accommodations:

• Position is Live in OR Live out. If live in, separate bedroom with bathroom provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organization
• Assisting with meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
• Running errands and grocery shopping as needed
• Light child care and supervision as a mother’s helper when needed
• Coordinating with the two daytime nannies to ensure smooth household operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping and family assistance
• Ability to manage household tasks efficiently and independently
• Positive, honest, and respectful demeanor
• Comfortable around children and able to assist with light child care
