Title: Housekeeper
Location: New York City (10010)
Schedule: Part-time, twice a week or three times per week they are flexible with the schedule but are looking for 15- 20 hrs/week. Start time must be later than 12PM.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking part-time housekeepers to assist with maintaining the apartment of a CEO of a private company. The CEO lives in the with his partner and two cats. The role requires coming in twice a week or three times a week and providing a range of services in addition to basic cleaning.

Responsibilities:

1. Laundry Management:

   • Operate the regular laundry machine in the apartment.
   • Ensure dry cleaning is properly separated and sent to the dry cleaners to avoid any damage to clothing.

2. Window Cleaning:

   • Clean the inside of windows to maintain a clear and spotless view.

3. Dishwashing:

   • Load dishes into the dishwasher and handwash glasses as needed.

4. Terrace Upkeep:

   • General cleaning and maintenance of the terrace area. (Future requirement)

5. Deep Cleaning:

   • Conduct a thorough deep clean of the floors and general area once a month or bi-monthly.

• Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English is essential.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a significant plus and will make a great impression.
