Full Time Personal Assistant

Location: Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $78,000 to $85,000/year

Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week (Mix of in person and remote work)

About Us: We are a dynamic family of five (four adults and one child) residing in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We are seeking a dedicated and versatile family assistant type with a good mix of nanny + PA skills to support our household with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. MUST be extremely tech savy. 

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management:

• Handle grocery shopping and household supply procurement
• Manage returns and exchanges
• Coordinate with vendors for household maintenance and other needs

Administrative Support:

• Organize travel arrangements for family members
• Oversee light property management for multiple homes
• Manage various purchases and expenditures

Health & Wellness Coordination:

• Schedule and manage appointments for health and wellness services
• Conduct research on health and wellness options and services
• Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for appointments

Personal Assistance:

• Run errands as needed
• Handle personal shopping for family members
• Provide general support to family members in various tasks

• Occasional childcare for 7 year old 
• After school pick ups as needed
