Private Family Seeking a Full-Time Live-In or Live-Out Housekeeper/Nanny Needed ASAP | Sands Point, NY

Compensation:

• Hourly: $30–$35/hour DOE (Approx. $85,000–$100,000/year based on ~55 hours/week) 

• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, paid federal holidays, sick days

The Ideal Candidate:
Private family seeking a warm, proactive Housekeeper/Nanny to help manage their busy home with three children (ages 5, 3, and 1). They are hoping to find someone with recent experience working wtih young children. Responsibilities include family laundry, household organization, meal prep, light to full housekeeping (depending on experience and live-in/out arrangement), and engaged, loving childcare. Driving is preferred. The family values professionalism, clear communication, and someone who brings calm, structure, and kindness to their home. 

What Works Best for the Family:
They’re hoping for a long-term fit with someone reliable, experienced, and respectful of family dynamics. Ideally, one person will handle both childcare and housekeeping, but they are open to hiring two separate roles (Full-Time Nanny and Part-Time Housekeeper) for the right candidates. They’re prepared to offer a competitive package and are eager to find someone who can grow with their family for years to come.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Live-in: ~7am–7pm w/ midday break | Live-out: ~7am–6pm (55-60 hours/week)

• Home Size: 7,000 sq ft | 1 dog

• Duties: Childcare, family laundry, housekeeping, basic cooking
