Job Title: Personal Assistant to Co-Founder of Major Corporation

Location: New York City, NY
Travel: Up to 15% (Miami and Los Angeles)

We are seeking a Personal Assistant based in New York City who is ready to become an integral part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Support: Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Co-Founder, managing a wide range of tasks to ensure their personal and professional life runs smoothly.

  • Calendar Management: Oversee scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination between New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for trips to the Co-Founder’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles, along with other potential destinations.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

  • Errands & Personal Tasks: Assist with various personal errands, shopping, and household management tasks in New York City.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and organize private events, dinners, and social gatherings.

  • Vendor Management: Liaise with service providers and vendors for the Co-Founder’s homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard.

  • Confidentiality: Handle all matters with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining a high level of trust and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment is preferred.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time to Miami and Los Angeles.

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.

  • Discretion & Trust: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to manage digital calendars, communications, and travel apps.

  • Problem-Solver: A proactive and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs and provide solutions before they arise.
