Private family looking hire an Energetic and Skilled Live in Or Live out Weekend Housekeeper/Cook in Palm Beach FL!

The Ideal Candidate: Candidate will be proactive, works efficiently, gets tasks done in a timely manner, has a positive attitude and can mesh in well with the family. Someone who is mature and polite. Daily duties will be basic housekeeping tasks. They have a company come in for deep cleaning. Someone who can keep the house maintained in between deep cleans, make breakfast/coffee, laundry, make beds, clean up bathrooms and rooms. Grocery shop and prepare dinner and then clean up after dinner. There is an emphasis on cooking- someone who enjoys and knows how to grill is required. The family enjoys grilled meals.  They have no pets. Children are grown and out of the home. Hiring as soon as they find the right fit. GRILLING required. SPANISH speaking required. 


What Works Best for Family: Spanish speaking needed but also good English. Adaptable and can take good direction, has a proactive attitude, take initiative to get things done, needs to be quick thinking and work quickly. Enjoys cooking and grilling

Requested Duration: As long as possible.

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Plain Cooking Required,Family Meals ,
• Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Required- car provided 

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: - Friday 6pm for dinner and either live in or out until Sunday 6pm
• Friday: 6PM-8/9PM- Cook Dinner and clean up
• Saturday: 10AM-9PM  (when dinner is over)
• Sunday: 10AM – 6PM (possibly until 9pm after dinner if we can’t get the weekday full time person to come Sunday evening)
   
  Languages: Spanish, English 
• Experience: 5 Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Proactive, organized, detail oriented, fast paced, mature, polite.

Position Compensation

• Salary: Flexible on pay- $40-$50/hr++ Depending on experience. Please let us know your pay scale.
