Private family looking for a long term, live-in groundskeeper on their 75 acre property in Durango, CO. The family is looking for a replacement for someone who has worked with them for the last 8 years. They are looking nation-wide for the right fit and would relocate their hire. 

The position offers a private 2 bedroom apartment, full benefits and $60,000/yearly compensation. 

The Ideal Candidate: Property manger of 75 acres. Lawns, horse feeding, sprinkler systems, pasture maintenance, snow removal. Experience with horses is a plus, but not required!
