Job Title: Full-Time Groundskeeper/Driver for Professional Athlete & Family
Location: Villanova, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility for overtime when needed)

Salary: $85,000-$95,000/year (based on experience)

Job Overview:
A professional athlete and his family in Villanova, PA, are seeking a reliable, hands-on Groundskeeper/Driver to join their household team. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver, adept at property management, and comfortable ensuring that the family’s home and grounds run smoothly. This full-time role offers a varied range of responsibilities both inside and outside the home, with opportunities for overtime and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Vehicle Care:

• Safely drive the family to and from various destinations, including meetings, errands, and school drop-off/pick-up for their 4-year-old son.
• Handle transportation for the family’s dog, including trips to the groomer and vet.
• Ensure all family vehicles are well-maintained, fueled, and ready for use at all times.

Groundskeeping & Property Maintenance:

• Liaise with landscapers and other contractors to maintain the grounds and ensure the property looks its best.
• Move and organize outdoor furniture, power-wash driveways, remove leaves from pathways, and keep outdoor areas pristine.
• Manage trash, recycling, and break down boxes; ensure the property is tidy and well-kept at all times.
• Oversee packages and deliveries, bringing them into the home when needed.

In-Home Assistance:

• Assist with light household management, including caring for the media room and controlling access to the basement (e.g., water systems).
• Regularly refill the cold plunge and know how to operate basic home systems.
• Be a knowledgeable resource on how the house operates, ensuring the family’s comfort and needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; must be comfortable driving high-end vehicles.
• Experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks both inside and outside the home.
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate with landscapers and contractors.
• Handy with basic home systems and capable of light troubleshooting.
