The family enjoys simple, flavorful meals and has specific preferences, like well-done chicken and salmon. They are seeking someone who can prepare fresh, flavorful breakfasts, lunches, and dinners daily, with a focus on clean, high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate should be creative with recipes, open to the family's dietary preferences, and capable of working closely with another chef in rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh meals: Serve delicious, well-balanced breakfasts, lunches, and dinners daily, tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Creative menu planning: Craft meals with bold flavors, spices, and rubs, while accommodating the family’s simple tastes. The Mrs. prefers a cleaner diet, so a variety of healthy, lighter options should be available.
• Ingredient sourcing: Shop for high-quality, fresh ingredients, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked with what’s needed for the day’s meals.
• Plated meal service: Serve meals in a formal, plated style for the family, providing a comfortable dining experience.
• Kitchen cleanliness: Clean up after meal preparation and maintain a tidy and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Private Chef or in high-end kitchens.
• Ability to work with well-done proteins while maintaining flavor and moisture.
