Property Manager
Boulder, ColoradoPrivate Principal is looking to hire a full-time, hands-on Live-out Property Manager for her 4,500 sq foot home. The property sits on 10 acres and requires a hands-on individual to maintain and manage it. The current Property Manager is retiring after a long tenure with the family.
The property is a ranch but there will be no ranch responsibilities for the Property Manager. You will be responsible for the inside and outside of the property including calling in outside vendors and managing them on the property when needed. Other job responsibilities include: odd jobs around the house, mow the lawn, change light bulbs, assistance with anything around the house, handyman work, show blowing and shoveling, feed the dogs in the morning, run errands etc. In the winter, there is more downtime as there is more to do in summer around the house. There are 4 friendly, well-trained dogs on the property so you must be dog friendly.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and be comfortable working Monday - Friday from 8am - 3pm.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000
