Position: Before-School Nanny/Housekeeper, Summer Travel
Live Out Location: Tribeca, New York and International for approx. 6 weeks during Summer, This is a Live OUT position in NY.
MUST be able to travel Internationally Separate living in a studio apartment will be provided while out of the country only

Key qualities: Organized reliable, trustworthy, self-starter, flexible, versatile, friendly personality, positive attitude, fluent in English
Clean and polished, team player.

Childcare: (G) 10 (B) 12 
Morning care before school wake-up, breakfast, get luches ready, 15 minute walk to school for daughter, son takes the bus from their home, able to assist as needed. 
Someone with experience working with children with Asperger's is a Plus!

Housekeeper/Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Cleaning kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Washing, folding and ironing laundry
- Maintenance of clothing; sending clothes to dry cleaners
- Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the closets throughout the house
- Changing the sheets in all bedrooms (3 in everyday use + occasionally the guest bedroom)
- Setting the table for dinner
- Deep cleaning of the apartment when family is away
- Informing PA if something significant is broken or needs to be replaced
     Furniture, wall, light fixtures, air conditioning
     Appliances: washer, drier, stove, etc.
     Outside space: furniture, lighting
- Cleaning outside space: floor and furniture. Cleaning the covers for the furniture.
- Receive deliveries when present
- Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping, dry cleaning etc.

If needed (primary responsibility of PA/Nanny):
- Keeping track & ordering online if everyday items are broken or running out
Bathrooms: toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper
Bedrooms: sheets if needs to be replaced, worn/broken shirts, pants, socks, stockings
Kitchen: paper towel
Laundry: cleaning products
If you need anything for your work to make it more effective
-Contacting maintenance to come fix the following:
     Wall, floor, light fixtures, air conditioning, cabinetry
     Bathroom fixtures
- On the relatively rare occasions when needed, be a secondary adult present for the children in case Nanny / PA is not available
Such as pick up from school bus in front of the house, or if needed even pick up from school nearby

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35.hr + DOE for the right fit.
• Living Accommodations: Live Out, ***Except for 4-6 weeks during the Summer when family travels Internationally to their property. Separate living in a studio apartment will be provided.
