Private family looking hire a Family Assistant in Philadelphia, PA!


The Ideal Candidate: A busy family of 4 with a large house is searching for an amazing Family assistant to take over the home and care for it with their expertise. This family needs someone who can help manage the house by doing projects to organize, manage getting rid of things they don't need, manage scheduling vendors to handle house projects, helping prepare for/recover after events at the house as well as travel, helping get seasonal decor out, grocery shopping, small errands. Some day-to-day tasks such as dishes, putting laundry away, tidying up.  Someone who was willing to occasionally help by driving kids would be great, but no major childcare required. A candidate who is interested in pet sitting and taking care of the home while they travel is a bonus for them. Meal prep while following a basic recipe is highly desired. They have a cleaner who comes biweekly. Must love animals. They have birds. They would like a candidate who is comfortable helping with them (prepare their food, cut paper for their area.) This aspect is not a deal breaker.

What Works Best for Family: They are a very casual house, not formal. Looking for someone who can be adaptable to the way they like things to in their home. Mom is direct- looking for someone with a similar style of communication.

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$37/hour
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
• Health Insurance: Can offer a health stipend to interested candidates.
