Household Manager – Morristown, NJ (25-40 hours/week)

About the Family:
We are a warm and busy family in Morristown, NJ, looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Household Manager to ensure our home runs smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate will be highly responsible, organized, and a great communicator who takes pride in creating a well-managed and harmonious household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate schedules for household staff, including our chef and housekeeper
• Oversee daily housekeeping tasks (e.g., dishes, laundry, tidying) and create housekeeping schedules
• Act as the main point of contact for landscapers, pool maintenance, sprinkler systems, and other vendors
• Pay household bills and manage utility accounts
• Run errands as needed, such as trips to the post office and grocery store
• Ensure the household operates smoothly with minimal input from Dalia, the head of the family

Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptionally responsible, proactive, and easy to communicate with
• Able to maintain a seamless flow within the household
• Skilled in managing staff and delegating tasks effectively
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, anticipating the needs of the family

Schedule & Compensation:

• 25 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on family needs
• General hours: 8 AM to 3 PM (negotiable)
• Competitive hourly rate starting at $50+/hour, commensurate with experience
