Job Title: Full-Time Nanny

Location: Key Biscayne, FL 33149

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (with flexibility for occasional overnight stays when parents travel)

Salary: $91,000 - $100,000/year + DOE

Benefits:

  • Health insurance provided after 6 months of employment.
  • 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
  • Paid holidays (6 major holidays).
  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and organized Nanny to join a dynamic, sports-driven family. The nanny will be caring for three active boys (ages 10, 8, and 6), helping them stay accountable for their schoolwork, chores, and personal responsibilities, while also supporting the household with some administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to manage school pickups, transportation to after-school activities, and occasionally help with light housekeeping and cooking when parents are traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up children from school when needed.
  • Manage and supervise after-school activities, including sports and extracurriculars.
  • Support the children with homework and end-of-day routines (e.g., showers, dinner).
  • Encourage and hold children accountable for their daily responsibilities, including packing school bags and preparing water bottles.
  • Assist with dinnertime and bedtime routines when parents are out, and offer occasional overnight coverage during parents' travels.
  • Provide support with household administrative tasks.
  • Occasionally assist with light housekeeping and laundry, primarily when the family is traveling or other household staff are unavailable.
  • Track, organize, and maintain children’s clothes and belongings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with children, particularly in high-energy households.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to enforce routines and maintain structure for the children, with a mix of creativity and authority.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist with administrative household tasks.
  • Fluent in English with a preference for additional fluency in French or Spanish (highly desirable, as parents speak both languages to the children).
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed, including overnight stays when parents are away.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other household staff, respecting the dynamics of a busy home.

This role is perfect for a proactive, self-starting individual who is comfortable stepping in fully when needed but can also step back to allow the parents to spend quality time with their children.
