Position: Live-In Nanny (Sunday Night – Friday Night)
Location: NYC (Tribeca), with summer months in Martha's Vineyard and periodic travel to Florida
Weekly Salary: $1500-$1800/weekly.
Job Summary:
An experienced, engaging, and education-focused Nanny is sought to provide full-charge care for two young children in a structured, nurturing environment that prioritizes independence and self-reliance. The Nanny will live in from Sunday night to Friday night, caring for and supporting the children’s development without screen time, helping instill the family’s values of resilience, learning through experience, and active engagement in personal interests. Children are 3.5 years old (in school 8:45-3:45) and 10 months old.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Childcare and Development: Full-charge care of children, including daily routines from wake-up at 7 a.m. to bedtime at 7 p.m. Actively engage with the children, nurturing their interests and encouraging exploration.
- Travel Support: Willingness to accompany family on extended stays to Martha’s Vineyard during July and August (5-7 days live-in during this period), as well as spring break and other travel, including Christmas in Florida. REQUIRED** INTERNATIONAL/DOMESTIC
- Healthy Environment: Collaborate with the housekeeper for the children’s meal prep and provide grocery lists as needed. Maintain organized, tidy spaces and manage children’s spaces.
Requirements:
- Experience and Maturity: Must have substantial experience in childcare and family prefers someone with a college degree.
- Education and Communication Skills: Possess the ability to engage children in meaningful, enriching activities. An educational background that supports thoughtful interaction and development is highly valued.

Additional Details: Private, separate living quarters with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are provided for the Nanny in both NYC and Martha’s Vineyard. The role requires coordination with the housekeeper, who manages shopping and additional support tasks.
