Position: Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Palisades, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am - 3pm 
Compensation: $30–$40/hour; depending on experience 

Job Overview:
A detail-oriented, experienced Housekeeper is sought to maintain a 4,800 sq. ft. home in Palisades, NY. The ideal candidate is a professional who follows instructions meticulously, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. The family is particular about maintaining a pristine environment and seeks someone who can manage laundry, daily tasks, and general housekeeping. 

From 7:45-8:30 preparing the 3 year old breakfast and assisting her to get ready for school. She will be taken to school by either mom, grandma, you could walk with her on nice days (a block away) or the families driver. 

Responsibilities:

• Laundry Management:
  • Sort, wash, steam, and hand-wash delicate garments as instructed.
  • Coordinate with the dry cleaners for pickups and drop-offs.
• Housekeeping Duties:
  • Clean and organize the home (4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, kitchen, and gym).
  • Maintain pet-friendly cleanliness; care for a non-shedding dog and a labradoodle puppy arriving in December.
  • Follow specific cleaning guidelines, ensuring no leaning on walls and attention to detail in all areas.
• Kitchen Support:
  • Keep the kitchen spotless and organized.
  • Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for family use if requested.
  • Assisting with meal prep when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-standard housekeeping roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with pets and willing to assist with minor pet-related tasks.
• Professional demeanor with an understanding of maintaining a respectful, clean work environment.
