Job Opportunity: Full-Time Nanny in Scarsdale, NY

We are a warm and welcoming family in Scarsdale, NY, seeking an experienced and reliable full-time nanny to join our household by or before January. This is an opportunity to work with two wonderful children—our 5-year-old and 18-month-old—and to become an integral part of our family.

Key Details:

• Location: Scarsdale, NY (Westchester area)
• Start Date: By or before January
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Childcare:
  • Care for our 18-month-old full-time, including engaging activities, trips to the library, and fostering developmental milestones.
  • Assist with our 5-year-old after school, helping with activities and ensuring a smooth transition home.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Tidy Environment: Keep the playroom, kitchen, and children’s areas clean and organized.
• Planning & Activities: Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for both children to encourage learning and fun.
• Transportation: Drive the children to activities, errands, or outings as needed (must have a reliable vehicle).

About You:

• Experience & Skills:
  • Previous experience as a nanny with children of similar ages.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing family needs.
• Reliable & Punctual: We value dependability and clear communication, as both parents work full-time.
• Safe Driver: A clean driving record and access to your own vehicle are required.
• High Energy is a MUST

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30-$35 per hour; depending on experience
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
