Job Description: Executive/Personal Assistant – Century City/Beverly Hills

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive/Personal Assistant to support a senior executive based in Century City and Beverly Hills. This full-time, in-office role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a key liaison between the executive’s professional and personal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all aspects of his life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Assist with business entertainment planning and execution.
  • Personal Support:

    • Provide personal assistance as needed, including errands and special projects.
    • Serve as a bridge between the executive’s office and household staff to ensure seamless operations.
    • Coordinate personal events and engagements at the executive’s Beverly Hills residence.
  • Household Management:

    • Work closely with the household staff to facilitate events, dinners, and other home-based business activities.
    • Oversee communication between the office and home to ensure all personal and professional priorities are aligned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a high-level environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to travel locally between Century City and Beverly Hills as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $40-$60/hour, based on experience.
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.

Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Century City. While the role is primarily office-based, the assistant will occasionally work at the executive’s Beverly Hills residence, depending on business and personal needs.

Interview Schedule:
We will be meeting candidates during the week of January 6th, 2025.
