About the Role:
As Chief of Staff, you’ll oversee and enhance the operations of an isolated yet bustling property. With a small but dedicated team—including a gardener, landscaper, teacher, and property manager—you’ll bring your leadership, resourcefulness, and vision to life. Your primary mission: transforming the estate into a self-sufficient agricultural haven while ensuring smooth day-to-day management.

This role is not for the faint-hearted. The terrain is steep and rugged, the grocery store is 30 minutes away, and life on the property is remote and rustic. But for the right candidate, it’s an exhilarating adventure and an unmatched lifestyle opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and coordinate the activities of existing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to achieve a self-sufficient agricultural system that meets the family’s food production goals.
• Solve problems independently and adapt to unusual or challenging circumstances with creativity and poise.
• Oversee property operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with the family’s vision.
• Provide hands-on assistance when needed, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Collaborate closely with the property owner and family to execute long-term development goals.
