Executive/ Personal Assistant

Rockville, MD

CEO of a government contracting company in Clarksburg/Rockville/Cantonsville, Maryland  is in search of an Executive/Personal Assistant to support her professional and personal needs. This position could be live in or live out. 

The Executive assistant will be responsible for scheduling professional/personal appointments, note taking, follow up, etc. May be asked to coordinate/assist with events, meetings, dinner meetings, etc. Will coordinate with 3rd party vendors for estate management of any residences owned by the family. This individual will be expected to travel with the client about once every month- every other month. Errand runnings as needed.

What Works Best for Family: Punctuality, intelligence, problem solving, reliability, attention to detail, responsiveness, proactive are key traits required. Someone who is familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc). The company uses Salesforce but that can be learned.

  • Work Hours: M-Fri 8:30-5:30
  • Experience: Experience working a similar role
  • References: Minimum of 2 References

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually 
  • Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
  • Vacation: Yes
  • Health Insurance: Yes
