Full-Time Family Household Assistant – Bedford Hills, NY

We are a warm and welcoming family in Bedford Hills, New York, seeking a professional, experienced, and proactive Family Household Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an all-around household professional with supervisorial-level skills, exceptional organization, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic household environment. A genuine household allrounder at a supervisorial level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily household operations, ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with hospitality tasks such as table setting, meal service, and event preparation.
• Provide occasional driving support for errands, appointments, and family needs.
• A genuine love of dogs and a cat is a must.
• Collaborate with family members to meet household needs and expectations.
• Supervise vendors and contractors when required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar household assistant or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and basic hospitality practices.
• Honest, reliable, genuine, discreet, hardworking, and polite demeanor.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management.
• Flexible availability, including weekends (1-2 weekends per month required).
• A genuine love for pets, especially dogs and cats.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with occasional driving responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, 5 days per week, with 8-10 hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work at least 1-2 weekends per month is required.
• Salary: $80,000 to $100,000/year, based on experience.
• Paid on the books through the family’s company.
