Private couple in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Live-In Domestic Couple, to include a professional, executive housekeeperand maintenance and grounds keeper, to work in their 40,000 sq ft private residence.  he ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and order throughout the home and grounds. Willing to live in the variety of the desert climate in Las Vegas. Temperatures can plummet to the 30’s, at night during the winter months and soar to 110 degrees or higher during the summer months.  Most of the year, the temperature is quite temperate.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This includes:

• Cleaning rooms and tidying common spaces

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops and sinks.

• Disinfecting surfaces

• Dusting surfaces and baseboards

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

• Making beds and changing linens

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces

• Washing dishes

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all closets, cabinets, and drawers

• Monitoring household supplies and ensuring that all necessary items, such as

cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household items, are stocked and replenished when needed

• Preparing guest rooms for visitors

• Occasional grocery shopping

• Possibly some light meal preparations, on occasion

• Care of crystal, china, and silver

• Care of a large amount of artwork

• Care and maintenance with laundry and wardrobe
 

Maintenance and Grounds Keeper Responsibilities:

The maintenance and grounds keeper will be responsible for the daily upkeep of repair on both the interior and exterior of the home, as well as general daily upkeep of the ground and gardens.

• Gardening (trimming, and basic tending) (in addition to the landscaping company)

• Knowledge of household repairs (plumbing, electrical)

• Pool and tennis court upkeep – (in addition to the pool maintenance company and landscaping company, who will be on site each week)

• Heavier chores in the residence

• Maintenance of outside furniture and terraces, gates, and garages

• Driver for principals to engagements, airport, and dining

• Upkeep of the principal’s cars
 

Previous Experience:

*The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience working as a housekeeper and/or grounds and maintenance in a private residence.

• Attention to Detail: The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the home.

• Communication Skills: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with other staff members and household occupants.

• Physical Ability: The ideal candidate will have the physical ability to perform the necessary cleaning and maintenance duties, including lifting and moving heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.

• Professionalism: The ideal candidate will be professional, discrete, and respectful of the privacy and security of the household and its occupants. An NDA will be provided for signature.

Compensation:
$175K - $225K Depending on experience
