Job: Part-Time Housekeeper/Family Assistant

Location: Davidsonville, MD

Schedule: 4 days per week, 25-30 hours per week

Compensation: $30-$35/hour

About the Family:
A kind family of five with three children (ages 9, 8, and 4) is seeking a dependable and meticulous Part-Time Housekeeper/Family Assistant to help maintain their home and assist with household tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in household management.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Perform full housekeeping duties, including cleaning and tidying all rooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing as needed.
• Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away laundry for the entire household.
• Household Organization: Keep the house well-stocked and organized, restocking household supplies as needed.
• Errands: Run light errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or similar tasks.
• Grocery Shopping: Handle grocery shopping to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with the family's preferred items.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or family assistant roles required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Careful and thorough in cleaning and household organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Flexibility to adjust tasks based on the family’s needs.
• Full background screenings will be conducted upon an offer of hire.
