Part-Time Nanny – West Chester, PA

A warm and welcoming family in West Chester, PA, is seeking a responsible and reliable nanny for their children. The position offers 30 hours per week with some flexibility, including one weekend day per week and a set schedule arranged at least a month in advance.

Responsibilities:

• Morning school drop-offs: Arrive at the house by 6:30 AM/7 AM and drive the children to school (about 30 minutes away) at least two days per week.
• Childcare & Household Support: When the children are in school, assist with light housework, straightening up after the kids, and preparing lunches.
• Weekend Coverage: Work either Saturday or Sunday as part of the weekly schedule.
• Flexibility: The family is open to the nanny holding another job, provided their schedule aligns with the family's needs.

Summer Schedule:

The family's summer plans are still being finalized, but they anticipate needing:

• A minimum commitment of 90 hours per month (excluding weekends).
• Weekday coverage in 5-hour shifts twice a week (between 9 AM – 4 PM).
• One weekend day or night shift per week.
• Some weeks may include time at the family's beach house, with or without the nanny.
