Job: Full-Time Housekeeper/Family Assistant

Location: Davidsonville, MD

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $30-$35/hour

About the Families:
Two neighboring families are seeking a meticulous and dependable Full-Time Housekeeper/Family Assistant to manage their households efficiently. Each home requires full housekeeping services, as well as light family assistance, including errands and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, ensuring both households remain clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Perform full housekeeping duties for both homes, including deep cleaning, tidying all rooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general upkeep.

• Maintain kitchens and bathrooms in a pristine condition.

• Change bed linens and ensure all areas of the homes are presentable and well-maintained.

Laundry & Organization:

• Wash, fold, and put away laundry for both households.

• Maintain an organized and well-stocked home, ensuring all household supplies are replenished as needed.

• Keep closets, pantries, and storage spaces tidy and functional.

Errands & Family Assistance:

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, and household supply restocking.

• Help with occasional small household projects and seasonal tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping and/or family assistant roles required.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time efficiently.

• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying tasks that need attention.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of both families.

• Full background screenings will be conducted upon an offer of hire.
