Temporary Live-In Baby Nanny in New Hope, PA (March 3-15)

Position: Full-time, live-in temporary nanny for 11 month old 
Dates: March 3-15 (24/7 care)
Compensation: Around $5-7,000 flat fee (Possibly Flexible DOE)
Location: Private family home in New Hope, PA

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced baby caregiver to provide dedicated, round-the-clock care for our 11-month-old baby boy while the family is away. The ideal candidate should be warm, attentive, and highly experienced with newborn care, including feeding, soothing, sleep routines, and developmental activities.

The caregiver should be proactive, organized, and adaptable to the baby’s needs. The role requires 24/7 care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 care for the baby- First few days will be 8-6, then 24/7 care while the family is gone. He currently naps 9-11 and 1:30-3:30, bed at 7 wake up at 7.
• Follow and maintain feeding, sleeping, and soothing routines
• Handle all bottle prep, sterilization, and feeding
• Diapering, bathing, and dressing the baby
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery
• Track feeding/sleep schedules and communicate updates to parents
• Light baby-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying nursery, washing bottles)
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment at all times

What Works Best for the Family:

• Must have extensive childcare/baby experience and be confident in sole care
• Someone with a positive, calm, and nurturing presence
• Ability to follow parental preferences for baby’s care
• Hyper-organized, attentive to detail, and proactive
• Comfortable in a private home setting

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of infant/baby care experience
• Excellent references from previous families
• CPR/First Aid certified (infant-specific preferred)
• Pass comprehensive background checks
• Non-smoker, up-to-date on vaccinations
