Remote Office & House Manager
Location: Remote (Must be able to travel to multiple properties - nationwide)
A prestigious family office is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Office & House Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the family's properties, insurance policies, household staff, and key projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients and must be proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful in ensuring seamless operations across multiple residences.
Key Responsibilities:

Property & Staff Oversight:
- Oversee the management of multiple family homes across different locations.
- Review and approve monthly expenses, maintenance schedules, and household repairs.
- Supervise on-site home managers, ensuring strong accountability, performance reviews, and constructive communication.
- Conduct 2–3 annual visits to each location to oversee operations and address any concerns.

Insurance & Risk Management:
- Manage insurance coverage for homes, vehicles, liability, and other assets.
- Continuously assess coverage limits, negotiate policies, and secure optimal cost-effective solutions.
- Handle insurance claims, negotiations, and ensure proper documentation and resolution.

Household Maintenance & Project Management:
- Plan, schedule, and execute ongoing home maintenance, including landscaping, mold/radon/termite testing, and renovations.
- Oversee all major projects, ensuring efficiency in budgeting, timelines, and quality.
- Negotiate and approve key costs, vendor contracts, and household service agreements.

General Family Office Support:
- Act as a liaison between the family, financial team, vendors, and household employees.
- Ensure that all household operations run smoothly with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience working with UHNW clients in a personal assistant, estate manager, or household management role.
- Strong project management and budget oversight skills.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and problem-solve with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Ability to travel as needed to 7-8 properties nationwide
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and hold staff accountable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and financial professionals.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
