The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a warm, fun, and dependable individual who can balance a variety of household duties while providing light after-school care for three active and spirited children, including supporting kids with mild behavioral needs such as ADHD. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys both cleaning and cooking, is organized, and can easily adapt to the evolving needs of the family.

Flexibility Around 30 hours per week depending on the family’s schedule. Occasional late nights and weekends are appreciated (if possible). Some days may require an earlier start before 3 PM to allow for more housekeeping or meal preparation time.

A passion for cooking simple, healthy meals and an ability to follow recipes is a major plus!

Position Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the household

• Family laundry and care of clothing (including delicate items)

• Meal preparation and light cooking (following recipes for family meals)

• Assisting with after-school routines: supervising homework, activities, and snack/dinner prep

• Occasional support during evenings and weekends as needed

Position Requirements

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, around 30 hours per week with flexibility 
  Monday- 1:30-8:30
  Tuesday- 3-8
  Wednesday-1:30-8:30
  Thursday- 3-8
  Friday- 1:30-8:30
  (flexible with schedule)

• English fluency required

• Minimum of 2 professional references

• Clear background check (required upon contingent offer)

• Previous experience in a similar household role preferred

• Warm, patient, organized, and proactive personality

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $35/hour

• Vacation: 2 weeks paid (one week selected by the family)
