Summer Chef
Bridgehampton, NYPrivate family looking to hire a full-time Summer Chef in Bridgehampton.
The ideal candidate is someone who has culinary expertise and experience working in a private home. Displays a pleasant demeanor, gets along well with other staff in the home, and is used to being around children. The family does have one school aged child. Can make anything from family dinners for 5 to small dinner parties. Candidate does need to be familiar with cooking for people who have allergies (Gluten). They would love someone who will cook multiple meals as everyone has different diets/wants when it comes to food. They prefer healthy, light, farm-to-table, meat, etc. They would love a Michelin Star Chef.
Responsibilities include being in charge of all food provisions, inventory, grocery shopping, meal planning, and serving/cleaning up.
Family is looking to pay $700+/day DOE
