Full-Time Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Palm City, FL (with flexibility for Jupiter, FL)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (flexibility required)
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A high-profile CEO based in Palm City, FL, is seeking a highly experienced and confident Personal Assistant to serve as his right hand. This role requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with the ability to manage both personal and executive tasks. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling luxury items, coordinating travel, and maintaining a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Errands: Grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and handling other day-to-day tasks.
• Luxury Car Management: Taking high-end vehicles for washing, maintenance, and servicing.
• Travel Coordination: Must be able to travel as needed, including to Atlanta (company HQ) and Europe. CEO flies private.
• Tech & Administrative Support: Must be proficient with computers, handling emails, scheduling, and organizing digital files.
• Property Oversight: Assisting with multiple properties across the country.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Must sign an NDA and handle sensitive information with care.
• Flexible Support: Availability for occasional schedule adjustments or additional travel as needed.
