Part-Time Personal Assistant – Newport Heights, CA
An entrepreneurial couple in Newport Heights, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to help manage household operations efficiently. With busy and often unpredictable schedules, they need a proactive, self-motivated individual who can take initiative and keep their home and personal affairs running smoothly. They prefer someone who requires little oversight, as they do not like to micromanage.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 5 to 6 hours per week
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Newport Heights, CA
Potential for Additional Hours if all goes well
Household Organization – Restocking household essentials and ensuring everything is in order.
Storage Management – Visiting a nearby storage unit to retrieve or switch out items as needed.
Travel Assistance – Helping with packing and unpacking before and after trips.
Errands & Logistics – Handling dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and checking mail.
Car Management – Scheduling maintenance, arranging for car washes, refueling, and general upkeep.
Light Assembly – Assisting with minor home setup tasks as needed.
Pet Care – Walking their dog and taking it to vet appointments.
Home Maintenance Coordination – Scheduling vendors and overseeing home projects.
Experience working with UHNWI or in high-level support roles is a plus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, able to anticipate needs without direction.
Comfortable managing household tasks and coordinating logistics efficiently.
Pet-friendly and able to assist with dog care.
Resourceful and detail-oriented, ensuring the home stays well-stocked and running smoothly.
Valid driver’s license and comfortable running errands.
Professional, trustworthy, and comfortable maintaining confidentiality.
