Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant – Supportive Role for a Hands-On Dad (Split Custody)- This position can be guaranteed 25 hours per week- but nanny MUST work Wednesdays 4pm-8pm, Thursdays 8am-12pm and Every other Saturday and Sunday 9-5.

A loving father with split custody of his 15-month-old toddler is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to help create a nurturing, organized, and joyful environment during his parenting time. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with toddlers, has a happy disposition, and thrives in a structured home. When the child is not with dad- extra hours are offered to do household tasks.

This position offers two options-the first option is for those who only want to do child care because the child is with his dad these days.
1) Work every Wednesday, Thursday and every other Saturday
Wednesday- 4pm-8pm
Thursday -8am-12pm
Every other
Saturday and Sunday 9-5

OR The second option is for someone who needs more hours and would like to do other tasks when the child isn't there such as laundry, run errands, empty dishwasher, make beds, etc.
2) Work every Wednesday 1:00pm-8:00pm and Thursday 8:00am-2:00pm (approximately) and every other Saturday and Sunday 9-5.

The Ideal Candidate:

Confident caring for toddlers: dressing, meals, naps, bedtime, and play
Organized, tidy, and able to keep the home running smoothly
Positive, friendly, and energetic
Experienced with toddler routines and milestones
CPR/First Aid certified
Loves the outdoors and is comfortable with a small dog
Can cook basic, healthy meals

Responsibilities:

Full childcare for a 15-month-old
Prepare and serve toddler meals and snacks
Housekeeping & home organization
Laundry & light ironing
Run errands & grocery shop as needed

Family Details:

Adults: 1
Children: 1 toddler (15 months)
Pets: 1 small dog
Additional Staff: Regular cleaning person

Schedule & Requirements:

Schedule: 25 hours per week guaranteed
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years with toddlers
References: At least 2 professional references required
Driver’s License: Required
Background Check: Required upon contingent offer

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $35/hour
Accommodations: Live-out
Duration: 1–2 years or longer
