Private family looking to hire a Full-Time Family Assistant,

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly responsible, organized, and proactive individual who can seamlessly manage household duties while allowing the parents to focus on their business. They should preferably have experience working in a household with school-aged children and be comfortable handling a mix of light cleaning/organization, meal preparation, and cooking simple family dinners, laundry, and errands. A candidate with strong communication skills, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain a well-run home without constant oversight would be the best fit. While full deep cleaning is not required, they should be detail-oriented and able to keep the home tidy between scheduled cleanings. Ideally, the candidate is mature, reliable, and capable of taking initiative in daily tasks while being flexible to adjust to the family's needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 1 Child, Age 7 
• Housekeeping: Shared Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner, Simple Cooking Required,
• Laundry: Family Laundry
• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office, Etc.
• Driving: Preferred
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Flexible, 40 hours/week, usually between M-TH
• Languages: English, (Multiple languages a plus!)
• Experience: 4+ Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation
