Job Title: Live-In Companion
Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA (30 minutes outside of Philadelphia)
Salary: $85,000+/year (depending on experience) + Health Insurance

A warm and caring family is seeking an experienced, easygoing Live-In Companion/Caregiver for their 94-year-old mother. She is highly independent, cognitively sharp, and active for her age but requires companionship and assistance with daily routines. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, engaging, and a great personality fit, as building a genuine connection is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with her morning routine, including getting her up and preparing a simple breakfast and lunch.

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation throughout the day.

• Take time off from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM when other caregivers are present.

• Resume care at 5:00 PM, ensuring comfort and companionship in the evening.

• Be flexible and available for extra care when she is sick.

• Assist with diaper changes as needed (must be comfortable with this).

• No housekeeping required—housekeepers are in place.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in elder care or companionship roles.

• Warm, engaging, and easygoing, ensuring a strong personality match.

• Comfortable with personal care tasks, including diaper changes.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to her needs and schedule.

• Willing to relocate from anywhere in the U.S.
